Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Spocs Services ("we", "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.
1. What we collect
- Purchase information, through Stripe: your name, email address, billing country and postal code, the amount paid, and the date. Stripe processes your card; we never see or store your full card number.
- Support messages: if you open a ticket in our Discord server, we see your Discord username, user ID, profile picture and what you write in the ticket. If you email us, we see your email address and message.
- Technical logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver and protect the site.
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. If you close the Discord pop-up, your browser remembers that choice for 7 days using local storage on your device; it is never sent to us. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud; see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
The Spocs software does not send us personal information.
2. How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your download.
- To answer support requests.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and payment disputes.
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We will only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
- Stripe, which processes your order as merchant of record, handles payment, sales tax and fraud prevention, and uses your purchase information under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc., for website hosting, file delivery and security.
- Discord Inc., when you join our server or open a ticket. Discord's own Privacy Policy applies to your use of Discord.
- Our email provider, to answer messages.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights against fraud.
4. How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years. We keep support emails and closed support tickets for up to 2 years. Host logs are kept for the short periods set by Cloudflare.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and US states such as California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, open a ticket in our Discord server or email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
For people in the EU and UK, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (orders and delivery), legal obligations (tax records), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and security). Your data may be processed in the United States by the providers above, under their standard contractual safeguards.
6. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Purchases must be made by an adult. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
7. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, payments are handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant checkout, and download links are checked against Stripe before any file is served. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
