Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
Please read section 4 before you buy. Spocs is independent third-party software. Game publishers, including Epic Games, may prohibit macros or third-party tools, and using Spocs could lead to action against your game account. You accept that risk.
1. Who we are and agreement to these terms
Spocs Services ("Spocs", "we", "us") is a sole-proprietor business based in Ohio, United States. Our full legal details are given to our payment processor and are available on written request where the law requires it. You can reach us by opening a support ticket in our Discord server or by email at [email protected].
By buying, downloading, installing or using the Spocs software (the "Software") or this website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the Software.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy the Software. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, agree to these Terms for you, and is responsible for your use. You may not buy or use the Software where doing so is prohibited by law.
3. License
When you pay, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for your own non-commercial use. We own the Software; you are buying a license, not ownership. You may not:
- resell, share, sublicense, rent or give away the Software, your download link or your license;
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or make derivative works of the Software, except where the law allows it regardless of this restriction;
- remove or change any notices in the Software; or
- use the Software for anything illegal or to harass, defraud or harm other people.
We may end your license if you break these Terms. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the Software.
4. Third-party games and your accounts
Spocs Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Epic Games, Inc. or any other game publisher. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. Game names are used only to describe compatibility.
Each game has its own terms of service, end-user license agreement and rules (together, "Game Rules"), which may prohibit macros, input automation or other third-party software, and which may change at any time. You alone are responsible for reading and following the Game Rules of every game you play. We do not promise that using the Software is allowed under any Game Rules, or that it will not be detected.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any warning, suspension, ban, loss of progress, items, cosmetics, currency or purchases, removal from competitions or prize eligibility, or any other action a game publisher or platform takes against you or your accounts, whether or not it relates to your use of the Software. Such action is not grounds for a refund.
Do not use the Software in tournaments, ranked events or any competition whose rules forbid it.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may not include taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Your order is processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record (the official seller) for the transaction and calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies. Stripe's own terms for buyers also apply to the payment. We never receive or store your full card number. Launch or promotional prices last only for the stated period, and we may change prices at any time without affecting purchases already made.
6. Delivery
The Software is delivered only digitally. After a successful payment you are shown a private download link, which stays active for 7 days. Keep it private. If it expires or is lost, open a support ticket in our Discord server (or email us) with your receipt details and we will issue a new one. You are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first by opening a support ticket in our Discord server or by email; most issues are fixed quickly. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your license while it is resolved. Chargebacks we find fraudulent will end your license, and we may submit evidence of your purchase, agreement to these Terms and download to the payment processor.
8. Updates and support
We may, but are not required to, provide updates, fixes or support. If you need help, you can open a support ticket in our Discord server; tickets are private between you and our team. You can also email us if you cannot use Discord. We provide reasonable support for setup and aim to reply within a few days, but we do not guarantee response times. Game updates may stop the Software from working, in part or in full, and we do not guarantee that we will restore compatibility.
Our Discord server is a separate service run by Discord Inc. and is also governed by Discord's own terms and our server rules. We may mute or remove members who break those rules. Being removed from the server does not by itself end your license, and you can still get support by email. Never share your password, payment details or full receipt in public channels; our team will never ask for your password.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPATIBLE WITH ANY GAME, OR ACCEPTABLE UNDER ANY GAME RULES. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ACCOUNTS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SOFTWARE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Spocs Services and its operator against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any Game Rules, or your misuse of the Software.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal claim, you agree to email us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Disputes that are not resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, or in small-claims court where eligible. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action. If you are a consumer in a country whose laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts, nothing here removes that right.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after that date; the Terms you agreed to at checkout continue to govern your earlier purchase unless you agree otherwise.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Software.
